The terms "Scheduloid," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Scheduloid Inc. The terms "you" or "your" refer to any user of the Scheduloid platform, websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you interact with our Service. By using Scheduloid you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
When you create an account or use our Service you may provide us with:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Billing and payment information (processed by our third-party payment providers)
- Social media account credentials and access tokens required to connect your channels
- Content you create, upload, or schedule through the Service
- Communications you send to us (support requests, feedback, etc.)
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, including:
- Device type, operating system, and browser information
- IP address and approximate location
- Usage data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)
1.3 Information from Connected Social Media Accounts
When you connect a social media account (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X / Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile) we may access:
- Profile information (name, profile image, account ID)
- Content and engagement data (posts, impressions, likes, shares, comments, click rates)
- Access tokens necessary to publish, schedule, and manage content on your behalf
This data is used solely to provide and improve the Service and is never sold to third parties.
1.4 YouTube & Google Data
If you connect a YouTube channel, we access certain information via YouTube API Services. We do not use or share Google user data with any third-party service beyond what is necessary to operate Scheduloid. Stored Google data is used only to improve application functionality. All other transfers, uses, or sales of user data are prohibited, including serving ads, retargeting, or interest-based advertising.
Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.
You can revoke Scheduloid's access to your Google data at any time via the Google security settings page. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process transactions and send related information (receipts, invoices, alerts)
- Publish, schedule, and manage social media content on your behalf
- Generate analytics and performance reports
- Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraudulent activity
- Comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
3.1 No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third-party vendors or external entities.
3.2 Limited Sharing
We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: Trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the platform (cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for any purpose other than supporting our Service.
- Social media platforms: When you publish or schedule content through Scheduloid, that content is transmitted to the connected social network(s).
- Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data Retention
We retain your User Content (posts, drafts, media, analytics data) for as long as your account is active. When you delete your Scheduloid account, we remove your data from our systems. Please note that content already published to social networks is not deleted from those platforms — you must contact the relevant social network directly to remove such content.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including data encryption in transit and at rest, firewalls, and access controls to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Scheduloid uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and understand how users interact with the Service. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit functionality.
7. Your Rights (GDPR & Global Privacy)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

8. Data Deletion
You can request that all your data be deleted at any time by contacting us at support@scheduloid.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
Scheduloid is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
